• 15% on all claims aged under 60 days and handled without litigation;

• 35% on all litigated matters handled by Adams & Rocheleau plus advanced costs.

Negotiable rates will apply for larger dollar balances or volume of claims placed. Court costs and other additional expenses must be paid by the client. Minimum Claim Amount: $1,000.00.
